Our goal is to become a successful football club in developing young talent and creating a football culture here in this town and passionate players who will love this beautiful game. We believe we can create a new culture and environment where our young athletes can succeed both off and on the pitch.

Fair Play
We believe in the spirit of Fair Play, and we believe winning will be meaningless if achieved unfairly. The game is played to win, but if we lose, we will do so with class. We will congratulate the winners, learn lessons from the game and strive to win the next time. The five pillars of Fair Play are:

Promises from parents and players
Practices
· Attendance at all practices established by each coach is mandatory.
· The scheduled session will be canceled only by the Trainer.
· The player must be 15 minutes before the indicated time in order to start on time.
· Excused absences will only be due to illness or family emergency.
· Please notify us via the Band APP at least 2 hours in advance if you cannot attend practice or be there for the entire practice.
· Concerns or questions with the coach or administration will be after each training session and not during.
· The child must carry his own water and stay close to the training area, never with his parents.
· It is the obligation of each child to pick up their trash after training.
· Your child must wear official club clothing only. [practice shirts, sweater, shorts or any type of clothing].
· No cellphones while practicing, please keep them in your bags.
Games
· You will be notified of the scheduled game time, the coach and player must be there 45 minutes before each game. [competition teams must be there 1 hour before].
· Parents and fans can support by motivating their children, but please avoid wanting to direct or correct things that only the coach can do.
· Parents and fans should not complain to the Referee at any time, that is the coach's job.
· Uniforms must be complete, additional pieces [t-shirts, sweater, etc.] must be the same color, without exception.
· No player should leave the game or practice before it is over.
· It is the players' responsibility to bring their water to each game.
· Pay attention to the instructions that will be communicated to you in the team group. If you have not received a message about game time, please contact your child's coach.
· If the player can’t make it to a scheduled game, please contact the coach 24 hours before the schedule game. Players that don’t contact coach will be placed on the list to be cut from the team. (3 forgiveness will be given, each game will be a fee.)
Fees
• There will be a quarterly fee payable by the 15th of the month in which fees are due; If not paid, there will be a $5 late payment fee. If payment has not yet been made by the 25th, the player will not be able to participate in any activities with the team until payment is made.
• Fees will cover the cost of soccer balls, cones, soccer nets, water bottles etc.
