Our goal is to develop young talent, build a strong soccer culture in our community, and inspire players to love the beautiful game. We are committed to creating a positive environment where every young athlete can succeed both on and off the pitch.

Fair Play
Gladiators FC believes in the spirit of fair play. Winning is important, but it is meaningless when achieved unfairly.
We play to compete and win, but when we lose, we will do so with class. We will congratulate our opponents, learn from the experience, and continue working toward future success.

Club Expectations
The following expectations represent the commitments made by every Gladiators FC player and parent.
Fundraising and Volunteer Participation
Gladiators FC Banning is a community-based, volunteer-driven program. The involvement of our families is essential to the success and growth of the club.
Parents and players are expected to participate in fundraising events or volunteer in another approved capacity.
Families who cannot attend a scheduled event must notify club administration in advance. Failure to participate without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
Volunteer opportunities may include event setup and cleanup, concessions, registration, fundraising, field preparation, team support, and community outreach.
We encourage every family to get involved, contribute, and help us continue creating opportunities for our players and community.
When everyone contributes, our entire club becomes stronger.
Practices
Attendance at all scheduled practices is expected.
A practice may only be canceled or rescheduled by the coach or club administration.
Players must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time and be ready to begin on time.
Excused absences include illness, family emergencies, or circumstances approved by the coach.
If a player cannot attend or must leave early, a parent or guardian must notify the coach through the BAND app at least two hours before practice whenever possible.
Questions or concerns for the coach or administration should be discussed after practice, not during the training session.
Every player must bring their own water and remain with the team in the designated training area.
Players are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and properly disposing of their trash.
Players must wear the approved Gladiators FC training attire, including the official practice shirt, shorts, warm-up apparel, or other club-approved clothing.
Cellphones may not be used during practice and must remain stored in the player’s bag.
Games
Families will be notified of game times and locations through the team’s communication group.
Players must arrive at least 45 minutes before each game. Competitive teams may be required to arrive 60 minutes before kickoff.
Parents and supporters are encouraged to motivate the players positively. Coaching instructions and corrections must come only from the coaching staff.
Parents, players, and supporters may not argue with or complain to referees. Any necessary communication with an official will be handled appropriately by the coaching staff.
Players must wear the complete official uniform. Any additional visible clothing, including undershirts or warm-up apparel, must follow the team’s color and uniform requirements.
Players may not leave a game or practice early without prior approval from the coach.
Every player is responsible for bringing enough water to each game.
Families are responsible for reviewing all instructions and updates shared through the team’s communication group. If game information has not been received, please contact the coach.
If a player cannot attend a scheduled game, a parent or guardian must notify the coach at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
Missing a game without notifying the coach will be considered an unexcused absence. After three unexcused game absences, the player’s roster status may be reviewed by the coaching staff and club administration.
Fees
A monthly club fee is due by the 15th of each month.
Payments received after the 15th will be assessed a $5 late fee.
If payment has not been received by the 25th, the player will not be permitted to participate in practices, games, or other team activities until the account is brought current or arrangements have been approved by club administration.
Club fees help cover training equipment, soccer balls, cones, goals, field supplies, league expenses, and other operational costs necessary to support our players and teams.
By joining Gladiators FC Banning, every player and family agrees to uphold these expectations and help us create a culture of development, discipline, respect, opportunity, and community.
